13 . Guests shall mandatorily present their valid photo ID card at the time of check-in, failing whic
14 . the guest may be refused check-in. All amounts paid towards booking, in such a case shall be forfeited
15 . Confirmation of Booking shall be done only on reciept of 25% of the bill in advance
